As an RBR Dealer (Purchaser) you must read and understand the information listed below.

Order Minimums

Red Barn Ranch has a $100.00 order minimum; a processing fee of $10.00 will be applied to any order under $100.00 (not including shipping) (excluding Drop Ship accounts). Net 30 accounts have a $500.00 minimum order amount.

Selling Restrictions

Retailers are restricted from selling on certain platforms: Handmade only platforms, Amazon (only authorized sellers), Walmart, and Facebook Market Place.

Shipping:

Red Barn Ranch Wholesale is very pleased to offer Domestic and International shipping. Shipping will be added to the Purchasers (RBR Dealer) final invoice and may be different than the shipping calculator shown.

If you have your own freight forwarder or preferred shipping method, please email shipping directions pertaining to your order. Shipping is non-refundable.

Once an order has been shipped and delivered by the carrier, you as the Purchaser are responsible for the security of your delivery area. RBR Inc. is released of all liability once the order has shipped and is delivered by said carrier, be it USPS, UPS,FedEx or other carrier. (You can register with FedEx and UPS at no cost to manage your FedEx/UPS shipments; select where to deliver, what days you are open or add other details. Then you can specify when and where to leave your delivery, open times, etc.)

Once a box or package has been shipped/delivered RBR is no longer responsible for the shipment and has fulfilled their due diligence, this applies to store and drop ship orders. 

Domestic Shipping

First Class USPS for packages under one pound (Drop Ship) UPS is the carrier of choice for all other shipments

International Shipping

International shipping charges do not include international custom fees, VAT fees, taxes, or duties. International orders are paid in USA funds only. International orders are shipped Priority Mail or Air Freight depending on location.  The Purchaser is responsible for all taxes, duties or associated custom fees. For all International orders a $5.00 customs paperwork/handling fee is added to each order. Once your order is shipped it is your responsibility to receive the shipment from customs or your local post office.  If the box is returned to RBR, shipping will not be refunded as RBR sent the shipment in good faith. We no longer ship to Europe.

When Drop Shipping to an International Customer the Purchaser must email a copy of the Retail/Customer invoice showing the retail cost of each item for customs purposes.

Express/Rush Orders

All rush order will incur a $15.00 rush fee. All Express/Rush orders are processed by 1 PM Central time.

PayPal

Shipping charges, drop ship fees, international paperwork fees and rush fees, and PayPal fees, if applicable, will be added to your final invoice. Shipping may be different than the online calculator. A request for funds will be issued through PayPal to the Purchaser, for any additional fees prior to shipping.

Custom Orders/Private Label

Any of our existing shirt designs can be customized, adding your logo, or changing a graphic to suite an event in your town.  We can print our existing designs on a different shirt style and color. RBR also can create a shirt for you with your artwork or design a shirt just for your store/brand.  Check with the office for additional information. 

For custom orders there is a medium of 48 pieces, sizes can vary. A 50% deposit is due before the order is printed for all custom orders.

Returns

In case there is ever the need to return an item, contact the office via email or phone within 3 days of receiving the shipment for any damages.

You must request a Return Authorization (RMA) number and form in order to return any item. If you have a product to return that is not damaged, you must also contact the office within 3 days and complete a Return Merchandise form.

A 25% re-stocking fee will incur for all returns, excluding damaged items. You as Purchaser are responsible for postage on all non-damaged returns.  You the Purchaser are responsible to read the size charts for each shirt prior to ordering.

RBR does not process Drop Ship Account returns or exchanges directly from customers; see terms and conditions in the Drop Ship guide.

All International sales are final. RBR does not accept returns from international customers.

All Sale items are final; RBR does not accept returns for Sale items.

RBR only issues full refund for manufacturer defect and shipment of wrong items/quantity.  RBR only offers store credit or exchange for items you have miss ordered, there is a 25% restocking fee for returned merchandise.

Custom/Private Label orders are not returnable.

You must contact the office at info@redbarnranchwholesale.com to request an RMA Number within 3 (three) days of receiving the merchandise. 

There is no exchange/refund after the 3 (three) day period.

The RMA Form must be filled out and emailed to the office info@redbarnranchwholesale.com within 2 (TWO) business days after we send you the RMA form and the products mailed/shipped back to us within 5 business days.  Email the tracking number to info@redbarnranchwholesale.com

You the purchaser is required to send the original merchandise to RBR warehouse before RBR can replacement or exchange or credit can be made. The item (s) must be in original packaging, with RBR tags attached, with no smoke odor or other smells, without your pricing information on our tags, unworn, without stains, tears, or damage. A credit or replacement can be issued after the return is processed.

An RMA form MUST be obtained before any item is returned. Any item returned without an RMA form will be refused. The Purchaser pays for shipping exchanged merchandise.

If you receive an item that has been miss-shipped to you, please notify our office within 3 days of receiving item and an RMA number will be issued with a shipping label.

If you did not receive an item that is on your invoice you have 3 days from the date received to notify our office.

Your store may have a 30-, 60- or 90-day return policy, we do not; check your received merchandise carefully.

Items on display in your store, that a customer in your store damages is not our responsibility and is not returnable.

RMA REQUEST FORM GUIDELINES

Before returning any items, the customer/purchaser must fill in the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

Any incomplete or missing information will result in delays in processing the request.

Once the RMA request is approved, the customer/purchaser will receive a valid RMA#. Please include this RMA# on the RMA request form

To expedite the returns process, the RMA form with the valid RMA# must be placed inside the return package and the valid RMA# must be written on the box.

Taxes, Duties, VAT, and Customs

I understand that I, as Purchaser, am responsible for all taxes, both state and federal, and all sales taxes, when applicable, for items purchased from RBR. I as Purchaser am responsible for all orders that incur taxes, duties, VAT, or customs fees when shipped to International Purchaser or Purchaser's International customer.

I understand that items ordered through the Drop Ship program by Purchaser and Drop Shipped in the State of Texas, that I the Purchaser must pay State of Texas sales tax for said purchases if applicable.

All RBR, Original Cowgirl Clothing, Morgan's and Phillip's Sportsman, M&P Speed Shop, Original Ranch Kids, Red Barn Signs, Cowgirls United by Pink, Anna Jo, Rockin' B Clothing, and GULF Oil product designs are copyrighted material and cannot be reproduced, copied, printed, sold, or distributed without written permission from RBR Inc. All licensed products printed and distributed through RBR Inc are done so with permission and under contract.

The Industrial Espionage Act of 1996 outlaws stealing and selling or passing along trade secrets -- that is, commercial secrets that have monetary value to the business that owns them, such as giving your company password to a competitor. Even attempting to steal, buy or pass along trade secrets violates the law.

Copyright is a federal law of the United States that protects original works of authorship. A work of authorship includes literary, written, dramatic, artistic, and musical and certain other types of works. Copyright attaches as soon as the original work is created and applies to both published and unpublished works. Copyright is an automatic right and does not require the author to file special paperwork, as is the case for trademark and patent. Registration is required to enforce the rights, but as a matter of right, an author is not required to register anything to get the right to use the "circle c", showing the work is copyrighted. RBR Inc., reserves the right to withdraw permission of use, imply restriction of or depiction of, RBR Inc. products, without notice, to any individual or company deemed unsuitable in promoting the Original Cowgirl, M&P Speed Apparel or other RBR INC. products or companies.

RBR INC. Images:

RBR Inc. (company) allows the use of company images and logos, for promotion of RBR Inc. products online and in print advertising. You, as Purchaser, are allowed to use company photography, images and or logos on: Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, and online retail websites once an Image Use Policy form has been agreed to.

RBR Inc website, logos, images, likeness, or content, can not be used in the promotion of any illegal or unlawful activities.

The images and tee shirt designs are the sole property of RBR INC. and may not be used or copied; copyright restrictions apply. Images may not be copied, re-produced, sold or used in any illegal activity. Original Cowgirl is a Registered Trademark. Original Cowgirl, Morgan's and Phillip's Speed Shop Apparel (M&P Speed Shop), Morgan's and Phillip's Sportsman, Original Ranch Kids, Red Barn Signs, Anna Jo, and Cowgirls United by Pink, designs are copyrighted. Companies which copy our designs can expect to receive a cease-and-desist order and or contact from our attorney.

Why did you receive an email from us?

Sharing and Usage

How can you stop receiving email from us?

RBR INC. will not sell your name or email address.

You (Purchaser) as an RBR INC., dealer must not share your (Purchaser) company password, pricing, discount information, policies, images, or any other RBR INC information with persons who are not employees of your (Purchaser) store, authorized purchasers, competitors, or companion companies. Industrial espionage is the illegal and unethical theft of business trade secrets for use by a competitor to achieve a competitive advantage

RBR INC. reserves the right to terminate dealer relationships at any time without notice.

RBR Dealer

I (RBR dealer) understand and accept the above information in the use of RBR INC., images and their uses implied or otherwise. Upon using or requesting files from RBR INC., I thus understand and accept the above policy with all its restrictions, implied or otherwise.

I, as Purchaser/RBR Dealer/Retailer, understand that by placing an order with RBR or any of their companies, I as Purchaser/RBR Dealer/Retailer accept, understand, and acknowledge the business policy information listed above.
